This evening shortly after 1700 hrs the alarm was struck for 722 Story Road  in the 59 District reported house fire. Within minutes Asst 59 would report a working fire, Engine 90 would set up side A and go to work, as Attack 64 would lay the supply up the steep drive to supply Engine 90. SOC 78 would arrive and send the crew to work side C where they would encounter heavy fire. With all hands operating for close to 30 minutes until the bulk of the fire was darkened, crews from 78,90,131,30,and 59 worked the C  side and worked hard to put a stop on a stubborn blaze. 64 ,and 131 crews would work the A side and all would start a massive overhaul of 722 Story Road. Crews operated for close to 4 hours. With 64, 30 and 59 units remaining for extensive overhaul, company 78 reported units back in sevice at 2045 hours.
